Tiffany Torgan

Tiffany Torgan is an award-winning REALTOR® and the owner, broker, and of Prestige Properties. Since 2000, Tiffany has specialized in relocation and luxury residential real estate sales in La Jolla and the San Diego Coastal Communities. Originally from Dallas, TX, Tiffany graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Economics. Since then, Tiffany has been a highly successful real estate professional for over 30 years.

She began her distinguished real estate career by selling homes for Centex Corporation, one of the largest home builders in the country. There, she was Centex's top-producing on-site new construction sales agent for seven consecutive years. Combining her exhaustive industry knowledge and exceptional sales skills, Tiffany became an independent REALTOR® with RE/MAX Plano (Dallas, TX). Within one year of joining RE/MAX, she was responsible for amassing 100 real estate transactions in one year from her highly successful website-based business and her on-site connections that she established. At the time, she was considered a virtual pioneer in using the Internet to connect with clients relocating in and out of Dallas from all over the world.

In 1999, Tiffany relocated to San Diego, CA, and brought her Internet-based business with her. She started a new business, ReloSanDiego Real Estate, Inc. in 2002, launched a new real estate website, and began selling homes all over San Diego County. In 2011 she founded a brokerage in La Jolla and was the first owner in San Diego of the international brokerage, Harcourts, out of Australia. She had the brokerage, Harcourts Prestige Properties of La Jolla, for 9 years and then in 2020 decided to go back into a more rewarding role of being a full-time REALTOR®.

Over the course of her career, Tiffany has closed deals on more than 1,400 homes and has worked closely with hundreds of families, diligently assisting them with every detail of their transactions. She is a recognized industry leader and an effective marketer, raising her professional profile by appearing as San Diego's real estate expert on HGTV with shows such as “How Close Can I Beach” which aired in 2018-19. She has been featured and interviewed on local market conditions on San Diego's KUSI, ABC10, and CBS 8 as an industry leader and is a Five Star Award Winner recipient for several years of excellent customer service and an SDAR Gold Award recipient for production.

Tiffany currently resides in La Jolla. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing golf at La Jolla Country Club, traveling with family, and spending quality time with her husband, Bill Philips, and her three dogs, Dixie, Shelby, and Belle. Tiffany is licensed in California, Florida, and Texas.
